Sometimes during transformation and change processes, they get off to a brilliant start with the management teams on board and everything ready for a kick-off with the workforce and lots of content for internal corporate communications prepared. But what can we do when the goalposts shift, there are changes in top management, the original target is refocussed and the enthusiasm of the management team has diminished? How can employees be motivated to get involved constructively and carry on with their jobs?
